For years, TWR’s station on the island of Bonaire has been a source of encouragement and inspiration for thousands of people in Latin America and the Caribbean. Sadly, many people are unable to receive Christian teaching and encouragement because they live on the fringe of our coverage area. So, TWR has developed the booster antenna. These practical devices boost the signal when placed next to a radio. They are easy to transport, sturdy and small enough to mail to listeners for minimal cost. Provide Solar Radios for Roma in Eastern Europe
15 million Roma in Europe live in great physical and spiritual need, with few evangelical missionaries among them. Radio is often the only way they can hear the gospel in their own language. Through Trans World Radio broadcasts, they realize that Jesus loves them! A Serbian listener wrote, “Through your programs I am reminded about God’s love and faithfulness.” TWR has distributed 3,000 solar radios in the Balkans, but thousands of Roma are still without radios—and without Christ. By giving just $38, you can help a Roma learn of Christ through radio.

Central Asia
The people of Central Asia need the Lord. They are among the most heavily oppressed in the world and are in need of our prayers. But more importantly, they are in need of the gospel. Radio provides a unique means to reach out to people in cities and in isolated mountain homes. Provide a Windup Radio to a Listener in Sub-Sahara Africa
Your gift of $48 will help TWR–Africa distribute windup radios in Africa—south of the Sahara Desert. Many of these radios are given to church leaders in communities where they are used for evangelism and as a Bible study tool. Windup radios are ideal for sharing God’s Word in communities where there is little or no electricity and batteries are not readily available.

Nepal, one of world’s most inaccessible nations, has declared itself a secular state with no official religion. It is our prayer that after nearly 20 years in Nepal, Trans World Radio will have more freedom to share the gospel with its 28 million people. We are eager to expand by: 1) getting our programs onto more FM stations for large cities, 2) continuing our shortwave broadcasts to penetrate remote mountains and valleys, and 3) setting up and supplying listener groups with radios. Deliver a Radio or Radio Church Kit to Believers in China
Each week, tens of thousands of believers in China gather secretly in house churches and other locations to listen to Trans World Radio’s Bible-teaching broadcasts. To supplement our programs and to make it possible for many to listen in rural areas, we distribute unique Radio Church Kits to house-church networks, which are used to train and disciple believers. Each kit includes one shortwave radio, a Mandarin Study Bible, study books, and program schedules—all of which you can provide for a gift of $75.

Help Distribute Biblical Programs in Remote Areas of Vietnam
Ethnic people in the highland and remote areas of Vietnam have little opportunity to listen to TWR’s broadcasts. Access to pastoral care and discipleship resources is also scarce. In response to this spiritual vacuum, TWR plans to distribute Bible-teaching programs on compact disc to reach rural people for Christ and provide spiritual nourishment to new believers. Other content available on CD includes programming designed especially for women and children and programs that focus on family life and health issues. Share the Gospel Through Radios for Southeast Asia
The need for personal-sized radios is great in Southeast Asian countries like Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Indonesia—especially in areas that are closed and dangerous for missionaries. These radios give oral communicators and those who can’t read an opportunity to hear the gospel and also provide teaching for Christian leaders. A gift of $35 will provide a multiband radio to listener groups led by trusted believers to help spread the gospel.
